# Credits

> Learn how credits work in Kombai for Teams.

Credits are the standard unit of measurement for Kombai usage. Each task consumes credits based on its complexity, conversation length, and the [model or model router](/features/models) selected. ## Shared credit pool

When a Team Admin creates a team and selects a plan, the corresponding credits are added to a shared credit pool. All team members, including the Team Admin, draw credits from this pool for their usage. Teams can choose from the same credit bundles available to individual Pro users.

## Buy one-time credits

Team Admins and Billing Admins can purchase one-time credit packs that are added to the team's shared credit pool immediately.

| Pack             | Price  |
| :--------------- | :----- |
| `1,000` credits  | `$11`  |
| `10,000` credits | `$110` |

You can buy multiple packs at once. For example, purchasing 2× `1,000` credit packs and 3× `10,000` credit packs will add `32,000` credits to your pool for `$384`.

One-time credits can be bought anytime from the **Manage Plan** page by clicking **Buy One-Time Credits**.

  Purchased credits always roll over to the next billing cycle and remain in the pool until consumed or until the plan is cancelled.

## Credit refills

The shared credit pool refills on the team's billing cycle renewal date. All unused credits from the last month are added to the pool without any limit.

## Checking credit usage

Team members can track their own credit consumption from the **Your Plan** and **Usage** page in the sidebar. It displays the entire credit usage and usage per chat for the user.

Team Admins and Billing Admins can track the entire team's or an individual team member's credit usage
