# Cancel Plan

> Team Admins and Billing Admins can cancel the Team plan at any time. Cancellation does not take effect immediately. The plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  You must be a Team Admin or Billing Admin to cancel the plan.

## Cancel your Team plan

1. Navigate to [Kombai dashboard](https://agent.kombai.com/account/plan).
2. Go to **Manage Plan** page.
3. Scroll down to the **Billing & Invoices** section.
4. Click **Cancel Plan**.
5. Review the cancellation details in the confirmation modal.
6. Click **Confirm Cancellation**.

## Undo a cancelled plan

If your plan was cancelled but is still within the billing period, you can undo the cancellation without making a new payment.

1. Navigate to [Kombai dashboard](https://agent.kombai.com/account/plan).
2. Go to **Manage Plan** page.
3. Scroll down to the **Billing & Invoices** section.
4. Click **Do not cancel Plan**.

It restores the plan on the original billing schedule. No new payment is required, and the existing subscription is resumed. All Teams features become available again immediately, and billing continues on the original schedule.

## Downgrade your Team Plan

1. Navigate to [Kombai dashboard](https://agent.kombai.com/account/plan).
2. Go to **Manage Plan** page.
3. Click **Upgrade Plan** button.
4. Select a lower credit tier from the dropdown.
5. Review the pricing summary notes below the dropdown.
6. Click **Downgrade** button.
7. Authorize the payment in Stripe.

## Grace period

After cancellation, your plan enters a grace period that lasts until the end of the current billing cycle. During this period, all team features remain fully available. Team members continue to have access, and credits can still be consumed from the shared pool. You can invite new members to the team or buy additional seats.

You can also reactivate the plan by clicking on **Do not cancel plan** in the **Billing & Invoices** section.

## What happens after the billing cycle ends

Once the billing cycle expires, the following changes take effect:

1. All remaining team credits expire.
2. All Team Admins, Billing Admins, and Team Members will be moved to a free plan and the team will be dissolved.
3. Team Admins and Billing Admins can still access their past billing invoices under **Billing & Invoices** section in **Your Plan** page.
