1. Kombai is unable to fix TS and linting errors

Kombai sets up a sandbox and checks the generated code for TypeScript and linting errors. In case, sandbox setup fails, Kombai shows a reload icon in the working set panel. You can click on the reload icon to retry the sandbox setup. If the issue still persists, reach out to support@kombai.com.

2. Error while viewing Build & Config files

If you are facing an error while viewing build & config files, click on retry button to reload the config files. If the issue still persists, reach out to support@kombai.com.

3. Encountered an error while trying to process your request

If you encountered such an error, it is likely that Kombai had encountered an issue and was unable to recover. In such cases, you can try to reload the chat or start a new chat. If reloading the chat doesn’t work, click start a new chat. Then go to history and load the last chat. If you are still unable to load the chat, please reach out to support@kombai.com.
