Track team usage summary

The Manage Plan page provides a high-level overview of team usage in the Team Summary section.

Team NameYour team’s name (e.g., Kombai)
Current PlanX credits per month for Y seats ($ monthly value).
Seats UsedOccupied versus total seats (e.g., “2 / 2”).
Credits Used By TeamTotal credits consumed in the current billing cycle.
Next Credit RefillAmount and date of the next credit refill.

Track the usage chart

The Usage Summary section on the Manage Plan page displays a chart showing credit consumption trends for the current billing cycle. The x-axis represents dates in the billing period, and the y-axis represents credits used. Hover over any data point to see the daily breakdown (e.g., “Feb 4, Credits Used: 50”). Total Credits Used and Credits Remaining are displayed above the chart. Click View Detailed Usage to navigate to the Team Usage page for granular, per-member data.

Track team-wide usage by member

  1. Navigate to Kombai for Teams dashboard.
  2. Click Team Usage in the sidebar.
  3. Ensure the Usage tab is selected.
  4. Open the Select Team Member dropdown.
  5. Select All Members to see aggregated usage across the team.
The All Members view displays a combined chat history from all team members. Each chat is expandable with per-message credit breakdowns, allowing admins to compare usage patterns across members. To drill down into a specific member’s usage, select their name from the dropdown instead. See Individual Member Usage for details.

FAQs

Only Team Admins and Billing Admins can access the Team Usage page and view aggregated usage data. Team Members can only view their own usage.
The usage chart reflects credit consumption in near real-time. Data points update as team members complete tasks.
Credit usage alerts are not currently available. Admins can monitor usage manually through the Team Usage page and the usage chart on Manage Plan.
Remaining credits are displayed in the Plan Summary section on the Your Plan page and above the usage chart in the Usage Summary section.
