Every team member can view their own credit consumption, while Team Admins and Billing Admins can view any member’s credit usage. For an aggregated view across the entire team, see the Entire Team Usage page.

Track your own usage

Every team member, regardless of role, can track their personal credit consumption from the Your Usage page.
  1. Navigate to Kombai dashboard.
  2. Click Usage in the sidebar.
  3. Expand your chat accordions to check the individual credit usage of your chats.

My Plan Details

The Your Plan page provides a high-level overview of your individual credit usage in the My Plan Details section. If you want to track your entire usage, check Usage Summary card in Your Plan page.

Track a specific member’s usage

You must be a Team Admin or Billing Admin to view other members’ usage.
  1. Click Team Usage in the sidebar.
  2. Ensure the Usage tab is selected.
  3. Select a member from the Select Team Member dropdown.
  4. Expand the member’s chat accordions to check the individual credit usage of the chats.
If you want to track the entire usage of your team, check Usage Summary card in Manage Plan page.

Track the teams credit allocation

You must be a Team Admin or Billing Admin to view allocation details.
  1. Click Team Usage in the sidebar.
  2. Click the Allocation tab.
