You must be a Team Admin or Billing Admin with an active Teams plan to perform upgrades.

Upgrade your credit tier

  1. Navigate to Kombai dashboard.
  2. Go to Manage Plan page.
  3. Click Upgrade Plan. If your team is already on the highest tier, this button reads Restart Plan.
  4. In the Get more from teams dialog, turn on the Annual (Save 20%) switch to pay annually.
  5. Select a credit tier from the dropdown.
  6. Review the pricing summary notes below the dropdown.
  7. Click Upgrade Plan.
  8. Authorize the payment in Stripe.

Buy one-time credits

One-time credit packs can be purchased when the shared pool runs low.
  1. Navigate to Kombai dashboard.
  2. Go to Manage Plan page.
  3. Click Buy One-Time Credits.
  4. In the Buy one-time credits dialog, add quantities of the credit packs you want to buy.
  5. Review the summary showing the total credits and charge.
  6. Click Buy credits and authorize the payment.
Purchased credits always roll over to the next billing cycle. They remain in the pool until consumed or until the plan is cancelled.

Buy more seats

If your team is on an annual plan, Buy More Seats opens a contact modal instead to talk to support. Contact support to add seats to an annual plan.
  1. Go to the Manage Plan page in the sidebar.
  2. Click Buy More Seats button.
  3. In the Buy more seats dialog, enter the number of seats you want to add.
  4. Review the pricing summary notes below the input field.
  5. Click Buy N seats, where N is the number you entered.
  6. Authorize the payment in Stripe.
The new seats become available immediately after payment is authorized.

FAQs

Unused credits always roll over when you upgrade to a higher credit tier. You do not lose any existing credits.
