You must be a Team Admin or Billing Admin with an active Teams plan to perform
upgrades.
Upgrade your credit tier
- Navigate to Kombai for Teams dashboard.
- Go to Manage Plan page.
- Click Upgrade Plan button
- Select a credit tier from the dropdown.
- Review the pricing summary notes below the dropdown.
- Click Upgrade Plan button.
- Authorize the payment in Stripe.
Undo a cancelled plan
If your plan was cancelled but is still within the billing period, you can undo the cancellation without making a new payment.- Navigate to Kombai for Teams dashboard.
- Go to Manage Plan page.
- Scroll down to the Billing & Invoices section.
- Click Do not cancel Plan.

What happens to my existing credits when I upgrade?
Unused credits always roll over when you upgrade to a higher credit tier. You do not lose any existing credits.
