You must be a Team Admin or Billing Admin with an active Teams plan to perform upgrades.

Upgrade your credit tier

  1. Navigate to Kombai for Teams dashboard.
  2. Go to Manage Plan page.
  3. Click Upgrade Plan button
  4. Select a credit tier from the dropdown.
  5. Review the pricing summary notes below the dropdown.
  6. Click Upgrade Plan button.
  7. Authorize the payment in Stripe.

Undo a cancelled plan

If your plan was cancelled but is still within the billing period, you can undo the cancellation without making a new payment.
  1. Navigate to Kombai for Teams dashboard.
  2. Go to Manage Plan page.
  3. Scroll down to the Billing & Invoices section.
  4. Click Do not cancel Plan.
It restores the plan on the original billing schedule. No new payment is required, and the existing subscription is resumed. All Teams features become available again immediately, and billing continues on the original schedule.

FAQs

Unused credits always roll over when you upgrade to a higher credit tier. You do not lose any existing credits.
To downgrade, you need to cancel the current plan and purchase a new one with a lower tier when your current billing cycle ends. See Cancel Plan for instructions.
