Credits are the standard unit of measurement for Kombai usage. Each task consumes credits based on its complexity, conversation length, and the Agent Variant selected. For a detailed breakdown of how credits work across all plans, see the Credits page.

Shared credit pool

When a Team Admin creates a team and selects a plan, the corresponding credits are added to a shared credit pool. All team members, including the Team Admin, draw credits from this pool for their usage. Teams can choose from the same credit bundles available to individual Pro users. Credit refills

The shared credit pool refills on the team’s billing cycle renewal date. All unused credits from the last month are added to the pool without any limit.

Checking credit usage

Team members can track their own credit consumption from the Your Plan and Usage page in the sidebar. It displays the entire credit usage and usage per chat for the user. Team Admins and Billing Admins can track the entire team’s or an individual team member’s credit usage See the detailed breakdown on the Individual Member Usage and Entire Team Usage pages.

FAQs

All team members share a single credit pool. There is no automatic per-member allocation. Team Admins can optionally set individual credit limits to control consumption per member.
Extra credits remain in the pool as long as the team plan is active. They will expire if the plan is cancelled and the billing cycle ends.
