Cancel your subscription

  1. Launch Kombai extension in your IDE and sign-in.
  2. Click the
    icon at the top.
  3. Scroll to the Manage Subscription section at the bottom.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription.
  5. You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s portal, where you can cancel your subscription.
Your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Undo cancellation

If you are a paid user and have mistakenly cancelled your subscription, you can undo the cancellation.
  1. Launch Kombai extension in your IDE and sign-in.
  2. Click
    icon at the top.
  3. Scroll to the Manage Subscription section at the bottom.
  4. Click Don’t Cancel Subscription.
  5. You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s portal, where you can undo the cancellation.
