Cancel your subscription
- Navigate to the Kombai dashboard.
- Go to the Your Plan page from the sidebar.
- Scroll down to the Billing & Invoices section.
- Click Cancel Plan.
- You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s portal, where you can confirm the cancellation.
Your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Undo cancellation
If you are a paid user and have mistakenly cancelled your subscription, you can undo the cancellation before the billing period ends.- Navigate to the Kombai dashboard.
- Go to the Your Plan page from the sidebar.
- Scroll down to the Billing & Invoices section.
- Click Don’t Cancel Plan.
What happens when I cancel the plan
- When you cancel your paid subscription, you will retain access to all existing credits until the end of the current billing period.
- Once the billing period ends, your account will move to the free plan. Your credits will reset to 150 (the maximum rollover limit for free users), and any remaining credits from your previous subscription will not roll over.
- When you reactivate your subscription after moving to the free plan, your account will start fresh with the credits from your new purchase. Any credits from your previous subscription that have already expired will not roll over or be restored.
